Step 1: Brainstorming
You want to redesign, renovate or even relocate your office. The first question we ask is why? What do you want to achieve with the redesigning, the renovation or relocation? How do you want to work with your employees? What is your corporate identity? If these answers are clear, we will think about a suitable concept that meets your wishes and we will transform this concept into a design for your working environment. Your input, such as vision, budget and personal ideas are leading for the design.
Step 2: Design
With your input, the interior architect of Studio Heering gets to work. Your vision is transformed into an interior concept which will be the base for the entire design. The interior concept will be presented to you in 2D and 3D drawings and impressions and by products and color palettes.
Step 3: Offer
The Heering Office office sales support staff takes care of transforming the design of the interior architect into a clear offer for you.
Step 4: Projectmanagement
Heering Office monitors the whole project. By attending building meetings with all participants of the project we assure you that all facets of the project will be executed.
Step 5: Installation and assembling
Our skilled technical en logistic team takes care of the installation and assembling of the furniture. We are your point of contact also during this process.
Step 6: Completion
After the assembling of the furniture the first completion will take place, in which we will inventorize the finishing touch of your project. Together with you the final completion and transfer will take place.
Step 7: After sales and service
After completion of the project we still have regular contact to check if things work out well. In this phase it is important to control whether all employees are using the new office furniture properly. Our logistics team is stand by to solve any problems.
